Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? We'll exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Reach out to us at info@milcaroja.com and we'll get it sorted.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email us at info@milcaroja.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond with next steps.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, email us immediately at info@milcaroja.com with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders. Return shipping on eligible returns is also on us — because that's how it should be.
